• Black Light/Harlan Harris - Helped Marc Mason revive himself as the Fist of Justice after returning to Charm City.

• New Fist of Justice - A jerk who was given some of Marc Mason's powers who bullied Charm City into his procrustean idea of civilization. He is a villain in all honesty.

• Charm City - Setting for the entire Comic book series, place where Fist of Justice fights crime.
